Getting Ready 1 hour
During cocktail hour, the Quinceañera and her court/family will take portraits.

Ceremony 1 hour
After the presentation, the Quinceañera will be presented as a woman in front of God, her family, and her friends.

Entrance
The court enters before the Quinceañera enters with her escort or parents

Presentation
Crowning - the crown or tiara represents how God (the King) sees the Quinceañera as his daughter, making her a princess

Bible - symbol of the Quinceañera's faith

Ring - symbolizes the infinite love of God
-
Changing of Shoes - the shoes change from flats into high heels, to symbolize her change from girl to woman

Dances
Waltz with father, brothers, and then the court

Toast
A toast is given and a prayer to bless the food is done before dinner is served

Celebration 2 hours
The celebration begins after the ceremony is complete and typically follows the toast.

Family Portraits
Group portraits are taken with the Quinceañera girl: Quinceañera girl with her parents, her immediate family, her friends, father's family and mother's family while dinner is served

The Quinceañera girl will take portraits with the cake alone, followed by her parents, immediate family and friends

Parents thank everyone for coming to the event. The Quinceañera girl will say thank you to her parents and guests
